**Note: Pitch Adjustment may be needed if a piano has not been tuned in more than 3 years. $75 or less additional charge. 

Cleaning

Light Cleaning (30 min): $40

Repair/ Restring

Diagnosis, Repairs, Restringing: $75/hr + Parts

Minimum Service Charge: $55

REgulation

$85/hr (usually takes 8-10 hrs)

Regulating a piano improves the sound, feel and responsiveness. It is recommended to have a comprehensive regulation done around every 10 years.

Mileage

$1.50/mile

Charged for appointments over 30 miles from Bend.

Example: You live 35 from Bend, so the total charge would be $1.50 x 10 miles (5 miles each way)
